Anders Svanoe was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin and performs regularly with The Tony Castañeda Latin Jazz Sextet and The Anders Svanoe Trio and Double Trio.  Previously he has played with The Roscoe Mitchell Big Band, The Cab Calloway Orchestra, The Transatlantic Art Ensemble (Evan Parker, Roscoe Mitchell) and Greg Abate.
